PAYMENTS for Purchases

After ordering through our checkout process you can pay using Pay-Pal to If you do not have a Pay-Pal account you can still order products that we offer without signing up for a PayPal account..


We do not charge sales tax except for California shipping addresses. However, CALIFORNIA residents may enjoy a lower shipping cost due to shorter distances. UPS Ground usually delivers to Southern California addresses within the next day or so from the shipping date. The current tax rate for CA residents is 8.25% all taxes will be added for California addresses when checking out with PayPal.


We use FedEx Ground to deliver our products to customers. USPS is used to ship orders to PO Boxes only.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment is recieved.

The delivery time is between 2 and 7 days. Please refer to FedEx time in transit information for each shipping option.

You will recieve a tracking # once your package is shipped out.


For shipping damage, customer should claim to their carrier immediately. Any missing or wrong item should be reported to us by 48 hours. Because of the nature on the internet online ordering, your purchase form NetPriceBUST acknowledges that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.


Customer may return a defective product purchased from NetPriceBUST within fifteen(15) days of delivery of the order. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.
Customer may request a replacement product otherwise company credit will be issued.20% restocking fee applied to your return. Shipping cost is non refundable.

Items with manufacturer's defects:
Please return the defective product and we will promptly ship you a replacement.
Items returned as defective that are found to not be defective will incur a 20% restocking fee for the returned unit, therefore we suggest contacting the manufacturer as listed in your owners manual for support prior to requesting a return authorization.
Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number.

How to return an item:
*Please E-mail us at to notify a defective item and request an #RMA number. *Please, allow 48 hours to respond to your email.
*Please have your item number available.
*When you return the item please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email, write your RMA number on it and provide a return reason.
*Returns must be in like new condition.
*Returns will not be accepted without all of the original packaging, manuals and accessories.
*All returns must be received by us within 14 days from the RMA number issuing date.
*Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number or after 15 days of delivery of the order.
*Shipping charges are not refundable.

*We recommend returns be made via FedEx insured freight only.
*We accepts no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit. Please, allow up to 5 business days to process your returns.
*You are responsible for all freight charges.
